Artificial intelligence arrived in offices far faster than the skills to use it. The result is that nearly everyone uses it, few use it well, and almost nobody knows where the limits are.
This course is built for people without a technical background. We start from what tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini actually do, and just as importantly what they cannot do. Then we move straight into practice: writing effective instructions, using AI for text, analysis, presentations, marketing content and images.
A whole module is given to risks, bias and failure modes: hallucinations, confidential data ending up where it should not, output that looks correct and is not. It is the part that generates the most discussion in corporate courses, and the part that prevents the most expensive mistakes.
What happens when you send a request, why the answer differs every time, and the structural limits of these tools.
Context, role, expected format and examples. The difference between a generic answer and a usable one is almost always in the request.
Concrete office applications: summarising documents, first drafts, review, and analysis of data and tables.
Producing content while keeping a consistent tone of voice, generating variants for testing, and supporting planning.
How to get a usable image, what can be used commercially, and where the current limits are.
Hallucinations and how to catch them, confidential data and what must never be entered, copyright and liability implications.
No course is a fixed package. Duration, angle and depth are agreed around the objectives of the people taking part, and topics from different courses can be combined into a single programme. I work with corporate groups and with one person alone: tell me what you need and we will build the programme.
Request informationFree tiers are enough for the course. During the programme we assess whether and when a paid plan makes sense for the company.
No, it is designed precisely for people without a technical background. No code is written.
Yes, it is part of the final module and one of the most relevant topics for companies: what can be entered into these tools and what absolutely cannot.
The natural next steps are Advanced Prompt Engineering for going further, and Automation with Make and Zapier for connecting AI to processes.
