The course teaches how, using Make and Zapier, two platforms that connect hundreds of applications without code. We start from working out which processes are worth automating, because not all of them are, and build real flows during the course hours.
Room is also given to the part usually skipped: what happens when a flow fails. Error handling, notifications and monitoring are what separate an automation you can rely on from one that creates more problems than it solves.
